first 10 strat skll. so so shok la((; after tat when skll for BPF lesson.
then break 11 to 12 then have OFC. then break again also. so we have nafar at 1 plus ba.
when to change all. go to hall for my 5 sation.
first station suttle run, 9.9sec!!!
second section sit-up, 53 time!!!
third section standing bord jump, 235!!!
fore section sit and reach, 41cm!!!
five section, pull up, 8 times!!!

hahas. ii am quite happy of my result. cox my leg still lky tat.
rest until 3.45 lky tat. going for my 2.4km run. was so scare la. so me and jeron going to toliet tat time said. try to get first and second. we said okie. so we going to our skll back gate get ready.
was hearing teacher said 12min 30 sec and above is fail for boy. ii was so scare la. standing there tat time. ii started lky no energy feel so weak. start liao, run was on second place jeron is just behide me. so run awhile more infornt de suddenly slow down. so i and jeron catch up. after tat ii have been try to maintain the first place til behide me. run get the tagg. get back still gt half way to run tat time. suddenly Razarli run pass me and jeron. ii was wow so run finish ii get second place jeron get thrid. over 200 ppl tgt run at the same time ii get second place.
wif my right ankle injury. was happy la!!! haha.
